NEC-LIST: Looking for circuit design software

Halo All,

I am designing a circuit with lumped components (passive). I need a
software package . I am working at low frequencies (around 1 to 2
MHz). Is NEC suitable for this job? There used to be a program called
Mucap which I used in the distant past. Anybody know where I can get
a copy of Mucap or similar?
