NEC-LIST: CAD files in NEC

This has probably been asked 1E6 times but here I go:

Is there a GOOD way to transform CAD files such as IGES files or
AutoCAD files into NEC files?

I found CAD2NEC, has anybody tried this program? Does it work? Is
there any other?
