NEC-LIST: Processing time

Hello All,

Does anyone have any useful information that relates processing time
of a NEC model to:

        1)Number of segments
        2)Processor speed
        3)Memory size
           4)etc.........

I am stuck in a bureaucracy mess that is going to make me justify
(quantitatively) why I need for RAM in my computer. Anything would be
helpful.
