NEC-LIST: Looking for article by Franchi and Tobin

Good day all.

I am looking for an article "Technique to measure large antenna arrays
with random errors" by P Franchi and H Tobin presented at the
1989Allerton Antenna Applications Symposium. It is listed as "Not
included in this volume." Often authors did not get their copies to
the organisers in time for publication in the proceedings, and they
supplied copies to attendees.

The authors are indicated as having been with RADC at Hancom AFB.
