NEC-LIST: Boundary Element Method ( BEM )

hello all,
 
I am searching for a source for BEM software. BEM is not often used in
electromagnetic modeling, but is simpler than FEM and has no open
boundaries. The disadvantage is that it requires more memory, because
the matrices are not sparse, but modeling is much simpler.
 
I know of only one commercial supplier. Does anybody know of a source
or free software for BEM ?
