NEC-LIST: RF Positions Available

Telex Communications, Inc., a leader in the manufacture of antennas
and radio products, is currently seeking experienced individuals to
fill the following RF design positions.

Engineering Manager

Manage all antenna engineering related activities. Work closely with
marketing and sales to identify new product opportunities. Generate
product development proposals, plans, and manage project teams to
achieve goals. Assume cross-functional project leadership role to
coordinate efforts of R&D, marketing, applications, quality and
manufacturing to ensure successful release of product to the market.
Supervise, lead, mentor and career-develop a team of RF design
engineers and perform RF design work as appropriate. Requires a BSEE,
5 years project management experience and 10 years antenna and RF
design experience, proven technical team leadership, excellent
communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to achieve high level
results.

Principal Engineer

The candidate must be current in wireless communication technology,
industry trends and standards, along with an understanding of the
spectrum allocation. The position involves RF design of YAGI, dish,
multi-band, satellite phone, and patch antennas. Experience with
network analyzers, PCB & RF component modeling, AMPS/SMR, PCS/DCS, ISM
bands, patch arrays, state of the art dielectric materials, Bluetooth,
CDMA, and TDMA. Requires a BSEE with 10 years RF antenna design and
RF broad layout experience

RF Design Engineer

Develop circuit design for low power transmitters and receivers.
Requires a BSEE and 5 years experience in RF circuit design.
Synthesizer design and other digital design experience preferred.
