NEC-LIST: Near Field Cylindrical Scanner

Good day all.

Two questions:

1) Does anyone have instructions/advice on the building of a
near-field scanner for cylindrical scans?

2) Does anyone know where I can get in touch with Dan Slater who wrote
"Near Field Antenna Measurements", Artech House, 1991, 0-89006-361-3?
