NEC-LIST: .DXF to .NEC code

Hi all,

I just finished (this morning) a rock-dumb converter that is written
in Microsoft QuickBasic. Source code is available to anyone that
asks. It will run under a DOS window as either a "quiet" command line
driven program or interactively. I have given it _very_ limited
debugging! Like I said, it's pretty basic (no pun intended), but "may
the Source be with you!".
