NEC-LIST: MININEC 3 Documentation?

Dear Sirs:

I recently downloaded the MININEC3 program, which is in BASIC. I have
tested it with some examples and it do it pretty well but sadly, the
bundle (which included a preprocessor and a post processor) contains
no documentation.

Please can anyone tell me where can I find some documentation for that
(MININEC3) program ?.
