Just a note re mixed MOM and GTD programs.
I use GEMACS 5 for this type of problem. GEMACS (General EM Model for
the Analysis of Complex Systems) has Method of Moments (MOM),
Geometric Theory of Diffraction (GTD) and Finite Difference Frequency
Domain (FDFD) techniques, that may interact in the same problem.
For example, you can model a probe excited cavity using FDFD, driving
a spiral wire in a cavity aperture using MOM, and scattering from the
rest of the aircraft using GTD.
Unfortunately it is still subject to export control from USA.
