NEC-LIST: NEC to ICEPAC Conversion utilities, beta testers required

Hi

I have written two utilities for converting NEC output files to ICEPAC
radiation pattern lookup tables type 13 (Directional on single
frequency) and type 14 (Non-directional, 1 to 30 MHz). They take the
form of a DOS utility which can be accessed via an icon in Windows
95/98 or NT, and need testing for ruggedness, ease of use, and valid
output prior to release on the public domain

I would be very pleased to hear from anyone interested in testing them
for me.
