NEC-LIST: NEC 4.1 for Win95

Does anyone know where I could get a copy of NEC 4.1 capable of
running on a Windows 95 machine? I found an old NEC 4.1 manual where
I work dated January 1992 but can't find the source code or an
executable anywhere.
