I've just re-discovered this reflector so if this has been recently
discussed I apologize.

What is the latest on the availability of NEC4?

1. How does one get it? Can it be shipped out of the country?

2. Is it available in object or source? If source what language and
what do I need to compile it?

3. What does it cost?

4. And last, does it really work for antennas really close to the
ground?
