NEC-LIST: cross field antenna

I'd never heard of a "cross field antenna" (CFA) before reading about
it recently on this list. What I've read here, and my background in E
& M, both make me doubt strongly that it works as advertised.
However, like some magician's tricks and so-called perpetual motion
machines, it is a curiosity and I'd like to see what's really
happening, and to test my working hypothesis (which I'll keep to
myself for now).

Does anyone on the NEC-LIST have a NEC-4 input file already set up to
model a CFA? Or a sketch or drawing of a CFA with dimensions and
sufficient detail for me to compose my own NEC-4 input file? Or a URL
where I can find the same?
