Unfortunately, I see only one of the five articles Jack mentions. And
that one tells very little, so I remain puzzled. Can anyone please
confirm (or correct me) that these are the claims:
1) The CFA is much smaller than one wavelength.
2) Has input impedance 50 Ohm over at least one octave.
3) In that octave, has a gain of a few dB (like a dipole or
monopole).
Actually, if these are not the claims, then what is so special about
it?
