NEC-LIST: circular loop and ground!

Hi,
I'm new to NEC and have a problem after I've seen the solution
about using arcs! If I want to model a circular wire above the
ground, and I use the GA card to form a loop. Can anyone tell me how
to include the ground effect? Thanks in anticipation.
