NEC-LIST: TIREM model

Could you give some informations about the TIREM model (documents,
results, source code?, ...).

Which experimental data were used to validate it? Are they available?

Can this model be used for radio links calculations (400 MHz, 1 GHz, 2
GHz). Which results can be expected. Is there best propagation models
available.
