NEC-LIST: Antenna in a medium with epsilon'

Hello,

Do any of you know a trick to model under NECWin Pro 1.1 an antenna
radiating into a medium diferent than air (epsilon' different than
1). I know this condition has been included in NEC4, but it is not in
NEC2.
