NEC-LIST: Ground constants for pumice soil

I need to model the performance of a large HF log periodic antenna
required for installation near to an extinct volcano. The spec
describes the ground as "pumice soil".

Can anyone help with suitable values for the ground constants
(permittivity and conductivity)
