NEC-LIST: New e-mail Address

Hello from my desk,

Finally, a day many of us at CRC have waited for has arrived. We can
begin to use our new domain-name "crc.ca" instead of the old "doc.ca".
Effective immediately, all full-name aliases
(e.g. <john.belrose_at_crc.doc.ca>) are also available under the new
domain-name (e.g. <john.belrose_at_crc.ca>).

The old aliases will still work for now. Eventually, we will stop
accepting e-mail for them, so people that correspond with me should be
reminded to change address-books, etc.
