NEC-LIST: Q: Surface Patch SP

Dear Sirs,

  I am using surface patch card (sp: quadrilateral) in NEC81 to
construct a circular base. However, when I run the input file, NEC
always return me "patch data error". I ahve counter check and yet
can't really figure what was wrong. Below is a part of the input
cards for the base. Maybe you can help me on this. Thanks in
advance.
