NEC-LIST: TIREM propagation code?

Hi, all.

Is the TIREM (Terrain Integrated Rough Earth Model) computer code
freely available? If so, from where?

The TIREM model was developed by the Electromagnetic Compatibility
Centre (ECAC) in the late 1970's and early 1980's. It predicts
propagation loss between two points taking into account the terrain
profile between the two points, the frequency, and various atmospheric
and ground constants.

A ten-year old version of the code is available on nine-track magnetic
tape from NTIS. However, they want over US$1300 for the tape. A less
expensive (but legal) alternative source would be desirable.

Thanks.
