NEC-LIST: 3D Quasistatic field plots

Good day folks.

A colleague of mine is interested in a program which will allow him to
plot 3D fields from charge distributions in generalised media, such as
saltwater. Applications could include human interactions, dipole
charges in saltwater (for "scaring off" sharks by field interaction with
their neural sensors), etcetera.

Any info on a Website where this sort of package is available, would be
much appreciated.
