NEC-LIST: A new techinque/method to solve the linear equation.

Hi Everyone:

To solve the linear equation is the basic step in NEC. The general
methods for solving the linear equation have CG, Gauss method, etc. I
proposed a new method, which can reduce automatically the size of the
linear equation.
