Help - twice

Good day folks.

Once again I appeal to all my busy colleagues in Cyber Space for
assistance.

1) Does anyone have an e-mail contact address for Paragon Technology at
State College PA??

2) A more difficult one. Some time back I read an article which tried to
put research vs teaching in academia in perspective. I cannot recall what
the conclusion was but am really interested to track the article down.
Unfortunately I have no idea if it was in the IEEE Trans. Ed. material or
not. I certainly cannot find it in all my back issues of the Journal or
Newsletter. Any suggestions where I could start looking (politely of
course) would be much appreciated.
