Fast Moment Method Solver

Hi

I would appreciate information on any software (shareware or
commercial) which solves the surface integral equation with less than
order N cubed effort. The scatterer is a large metallic 3-D surface of
arbitrary shape (not expected to be smooth). Software that implements
the Fast Multipole Method or its multilevel extensions may be one
candidate.
