I have used the Ohio State Richmond code for a reasonable number of
problems. For dipoles, results are very close to NEC. For square loops,
The results are within about 1% to NEC and appreciably different from
MiniNec. Adler at the Naval Postgraduate School has an expanded version
which 'allows reflection coefficient earth. The regular version must
simulate earth by an image antenna. I have run solutiond for several
scatter conditions, but have not attempted comparisons.
The program deserves more use than it has had.
