Subject: quadrifilar helices

Is there anybody out there that has some experience and/or info on
(multi-turn) quadrifilar helix antennas? I have some references to work of
Kilgus in the early seventies, but this mainly considers <1 turn helices. I
would be interested in the impedance properties ass function of geometrical
parameters like axial length, diameter and pitch angle.

Any info is appreciated. Please send me e-mail and I will summarize on the NEC
list.
