Hi, all.

Just so you know, I'll be participating in PIERS '96 (Progress in
Electromagnetics Research Symposium) and visiting various government
labs in Europe until July 23. Since my access to e-mail will be
intermittent at best, I've asked Hansen Wang (hansenw_at_ee.ubc.ca) to
moderate NEC-List until I return.
