Greetings,

This is a second call for papers for the session of

                        ANTEM'96
            EM Modeling Software and CAD Tools
                           
                        

SYMPOSIUM ON ANTENNA TECHNOLOGY AND APPLIED ELECTROMAGNETICS
(ANTEM) taking place in Montreal, Quebec, CANADA ( Augest 7-9 1996).

Interested companies/individuals who have commercial or educational EM
packages are requested to submit their abstracts to the address below.
The talk duration in this session will be 20 minutes that will
illustrate the theory on which the EM package is based on (MoM, FDTD,
TLM, FEM, ...) and its limitations, and also on how the CAD tools are
being utilized in the EM problem solution.

Displays where vendors can show their software packages in more details
can be made available.

Organized by Ecole Polytechnique and University of Manitoba

ANTEM'96: will provide a combined program of contributed papers and invited
           seminar speakers. Authors are invited to submit a one page
           abstract on topics of interest in Antennas and Electromagnetics.
           Contributed papers will be published in a symposium digest. The
           following topics are of interest:

ANTENNAS: Theory and Design, Measurement Techniques, Microstrip Integrated
           and Active Antennas, Phased Arrays, Microwave and Millimeter Wave
           Antennas, Satcom and Reflector Antennas, Smart Sensors, Microwave
           ID Cards and Personal Communication Services (PCS).

APPLIED ELECTROMAGNETICS and MICROWAVE CIRCUITS:
           Analytic and Numerical Methods, Transients, Guided Waves,
           Scattering and Diffraction, Remote Sensing, EMI/EMC, Medical
           Applications, EM Pollution and Biological Effects, Microwave
           Devices and Circuits, Photonic Devices and Circuits, Materials
           Testing and Microwave Instrumentation, Superconducting
           Applications, Modelling Software and EM-CAD Tools.
