I love these kind of questions.
NOTE 1: My principle interest is HF (so there's bias here).
NOTE 2: Only antennas, as in design or application, is here. No
propagation, transmission lines, or impedance matching. Those are separate
and lengthy lists of their own!

I think most would agree that the books listed are pretty much "classic".

1. Laport, Radio Antenna Engineering. Covers all aspects of HF antennas.
2. Jasik, Antenna Engineering Handbook (3 editions). Basic handbook
covering all topics. 1st edition is more wire-HF type antennas. 2nd
edition covers more microwave and application-specialist topics.
3. Collin and Zucker, Antenna Theory (in 2 parts). I almost always find
what I'm looking for in this two volume set. Sadly, I have to use the
library's copy. I wish I owned my own.
4. Jordan, Electromagnetic Waves and Radiating Systems. Like Laport, covers
HF type stuff well.
5. Leeson, Physical Design of Yagi Antennas. An "amateur" book, but
extremely useful and full of the *mechanical* realities of booms, masts,
etc., that accompany any implementation of larger antennas.
6. Hollis et. al., Microwave Antenna Measurements. The book that
Scientific-Atlanta published for many years, written by their staff, the
standard for antenna measurements. You gotta measure 'em eventually!
7. Kraus, Antennas. Mainly because there's stuff here that's nowhere else,
particularly regarding helical elements.
8. Skolnik, Radar Handbook. A lot of application-specific information
regarding antennas for radar is here and few other places.

The other two handbooks are pretty good too, if you had all three that's
pretty much it.

9. Rudge et. al., Handbook of Antenna Design (England)
10. Lo and Lee, Antenna Handbook.

I own another couple of dozen but thought I'd keep it to a top ten list.
