Yes, NEC-4 does have insulated wire capabilities, however the sheath radius is
limited relative to the wavelength in the surrounding medium. It looks to me
like this is about 0.019 wavelength. This might work well on wires at HF, but
does not help any with PC boards, etc at UHF and higher.
