e-mail in Cuba??

Hi there folks.

Does anyone have an e-mail contact with someone in Havana, Cuba?? If not,
an address at a Physics Department or EE Department at a University in
Havana??

I have received an enquiry from a Yamila Albernas re multiparabolic
ionospheric models for comms. and HF DF applications. I did this work
in the late 80s and early 90s. I would like to respond to Albernas, but
on his Aerogramme, the rest of the address was torn off in opening.
