Help with nec_to_c code

    Is the archive "nec2.in.c.tar" from ftp://ftp.netcom.com/pub/ra/rander/NEC
    complete or are there one or more files missing?
                                                                           
    I downloaded the above archive, tar -xvf 'd it into a directory
    called NEC2 and tried to make an executable by issuing the commands
                                                                           
        make depend
        make
                                                                           
    Compilation failed with the error

              endfile.o err.o fmt.o fmt lib.o i_indx.o i_len.o lread.o
              lwrite.o main.o n.o open.o pow_di.o rdfmt.o rewi nd.o

    It appears that the file n.c is missing from the archive. Can anyone
    help or shed any light on the problem?
